since wednesday last week days our firebird server crashes. Server log:

Database: D:\FIREBIRD\JENZBASE.FDB
internal Firebird consistency check (invalid block type encountered (147), file: exe.cpp line: 1010)

Vlad seems to be right: " Looks like http://tracker.firebirdsql.org/browse/CORE-3389."


I thin, the problems are triggered by an update from the IBObjects-components. This is the only thing, which is changed.

But i cant figure out, which prog is the culprit. The are 100 users with 200 connection on the DB...
Therefore i will try to update to 2.5.1, where the bug is solved.

Can i take this risk?

And how to install the snapshot 2.5.1? I htink, removing the old 2.5 installation, then just cklick the install_superclassic.bat? How to install the guardian?

if i not solve the problem, the users will crucify me in short time...
