Auralia is ear-training software. I'm sure it keeps records and would be used in the assessment process - otherwise, why bother? ;-) But ear training is about listening and (optionally) feeding back, the purpose being to exercise the student's senses of pitch, rhythm, harmony, yada, yada. That's what the audio files (in BLOBs) are for. Off topic.
