Now, that's what I always thought of as correct the difference between
OST and OIT but everything I've ever seen on the matter has alwayss said
it's the difference between OAT and OIT.

However, if they are the same value (OST and OAT) then it is effectively
the same. It's only when OST != OAT that there may be a subtle different
in which version to use.
