I thought the main difference was size of files and memory that can be handled, and you wouldn't really notice much difference in speed compared to using the 32 bit version on a 64 bit box (unless you were hitting those limits before..)

Hmm, maybe it is worth the extra effort of converting to 64 bit Firebird...
