One additional information: The problems started after upgrading from FB
2.0.x CS to FB 2.1.3 CS.
We reinstalled the operating system after adding some new hard disks to
the server and used this to make the upgrade.
Has there been any relevant change in relation with the treatment of
blobs between those two versions?
