I have now received their Forebird.log as well, and it contains a lot of
these errors:
SHAVEAPPS Fri Mar 12 09:41:32 2010
INET/inet_error: read errno = 10054
SHAVEAPPS Fri Mar 12 09:41:32 2010
INET/inet_error: read errno = 10054
SHAVEAPPS Fri Mar 12 10:57:40 2010
INET/inet_error: read errno = 10054
And then occasionally this:
SHAVEAPPS Tue Mar 16 06:21:57 2010
INET/INET_connect: gethostbyname ("C) failed, error code = 11004
SHAVEAPPS Tue Mar 16 06:22:01 2010
INET/INET_connect: gethostbyname ("C) failed, error code = 11004
SHAVEAPPS Tue Mar 16 06:23:06 2010
INET/inet_error: read errno = 10054
Which I believe is network problems?
I also read that out of memory errors caused by classic running out of
memory, can also cause corruption. Any idea how I could see whether that
has happened?
PS. more info: they are running about 10-15 users, some of whom log in
to the server using terminal services.
Thanks
Maya

released.
