Server crash almost every week once or twice with this message.

I found in server log messages all within one second:

Fatal lock manager error: invalid lock id (19936), errno: 107
INET/inet_error: connect errno = 111
/opt/firebird/bin/fbguard: guardian starting bin/fbserver

Does one know what is my problem?

Server should not crash in any case. Do you have crash dump for analyze ?
What Firebird version you use ?
Are you increased page cache setting as it was already suggested ?
