Win 2003 admin solved the problem,he told me that he stopped Volume Shadow Copy service,coult that service cause such a slow communication with FB ?

Most people use Classic, not Super Server. This question comes up every
now and then. Just search the archives.
The only real thing you have to look into right away is the setting for
page buffers (both the general server setting and the database specific
setting), as these need to be set lower for Classic.
