The stats seem to say you are getting good GC, but this might be at the cost of eating more resources than you have been used to in past versions. If you haven't already done so, try setting the GCPolicy parameter to 'Background' and see whether this lightens the load a bit.

It's the way the server was configured by the network company for the client, although probably not unusual in an SBS (Small Business Server) environment. Unfortunately, 3 db engines have to co-exist: Symantec (adaptive anywhere) exchange (jet/sqlsvr?).
