As far as the LangRef updates are concerned, you only need the one for your Firebird version. Everything that's in the 1.5 version is also in the 2.0 and 2.1 versions, etc.

The update for 2.5 isn't ready yet, so for 2.5 you need the 2.1 LangRef update + the 2.5 Release Notes.
