We have a insert/update intensive application.
Customer has reported seeing spikes at regular intervals (~10 mins) . The spkies cause the cpu to go to 100%.
At the time they are observing the spikes there are about 32 fb_inet_server processes running.
We are using the default firebird configurations and hibernate as our database layer.
I have analyzed a wireshark trace and found no long running queries.
Can anyone help me to figure out what is going on ? or What else can I do to troubleshoot this issue ?
Thanks in advance.
