You cannot change it manually (it would not be a good thing if you could
change it just like that). It's the mark for database layout on the
disk. If you create database with FB2.0 you get ODS 11.0, with FB2.1 you
get ODS 11.1, etc.

Since you're using FB 2.5, maybe this is a bug, you should ask at
