Subject AW: [firebird-support] Classic Server
Author Robert Dollinger
Hi,

I run the test on Win XP machine. In the Event Viewer there aren't any of this TCP/IP Warnings saying: "TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent TCP connect attempts" as described in the link you have posted.

It seems that is the firebirdclient which returns the error (-923, 'isc_attach_database: \n connection rejected by remote interface').

bye
Robert

The database path contained C:\ so it is a Windows server. On Windows there is a limit to the number of concurrent TCP connection attempts.
