This is true and I admit that I had forgotten.

I do actually have a Dialect 1 database here and I've just tried to
create a table named "case" with absolutely no success. Quoted,
unquoted, nothing works. I suspect the BDE is doing something (wrong?)
that allows the creation and querying of these tables with reserved
names.
