This is oldish (2006, Fb 1.5) but the "who uses" section should give you an idea. Some of those cases were IB to Fb conversions.

Note also that, though IB and FB on-disk database structures are not compatible, the engines are still similar enough that your IB experience will be your own best guide. The most radical architectural changes will come next year with Fb 3.0.
