It's simply because it works and there haven't been any security related
bugs that need fixing. I find ZeBeDee to be easiest to set up and
maintain, especially for clients that don't have constant connection
(i.e. Dial-Up). You can set up ZBD even while there is no connection,
and tunnel creates and closes and re-creates automatically - unlike SSH
where you need to establish a communication first.
