I made tests and it seems COLLATE is still not usable with a blob
sub_type text with FB 2.1.1. Am I wrong ?

Is it planned to change in future versions ?

If not, what is the better way to simulate a xx_xx_CI_AI collation ?
(yes only for search)
Actually, I use a second blob with an uppercased, accentsless version of
my blob value
