Hi, all.

I´m getting this error when restoring a database:

gbak: committing metadata
gbak: ERROR:unsuccessful metadata update
gbak: ERROR: BAN1
gbak: ERROR: CHARACTER SET ISO8859_1 is not installed
gbak:Exiting before completion due to errors

The machine uses a Windows 2003 Server (probably without any SP) with
FB 2.1.1, and i have reinstalled FB many times and restarted the
server, i checked icu files are there, msvc*80.dll are there, and the
manifest file is there also.

I can restore this database in a linux machine without problems.

What can be the cause of this error?
