Hi

One of our users has a corrupt db that will not backup (following message)

Engine Code : 335544333
Engine Message :
internal gds software consistency check (pointer page vanished from
DPM_next (249), file: dpm.cpp line: 1609)
gds_$start_request failed
internal gds software consistency check (can't continue after bugcheck)


When I try gfix -m I get

Summary of validation errors
Number of pointer page errors : 1

When I try an backup after this I still get the initial backup error
message.

Is there anything else I can do or should they be reverting to the last
backup and re entering data?
