Hi
We have a new client who is getting this message at random points during
the day on various computers. Our software is left running and
connected to the DB however it seems some clients will loose connection
at some point (not all at the same time) and start getting the above
message.
I guess this is something to do with a flaky network. Any suggestions
on how to track the cause down? Originally we thought it was a
particular machine (laptop) and suggested trying a different network
cable. However it seems to have spread and a new cable did not help.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
