Well, this could be not true anymore because it's a very old statement
that I read on Charlie Calvert's Delphi Unleashed Book. One of the very
few kind of software you could not write in Delphi is Device Drivers
(VxD) because it needs to run on a very internal ring of the OS and
Delphi does not support this kind of app.

I think, your application will not be sucessfull to survive a logoff on
W98, but what prevent you to say that your project could run as service
on platforms that supports services or the session *must* be open on W98.

A documented bug/limitation becomes a feature :)
