Fyracle is a great concept developped before Oracle XE arrival by Paul
Ruizental.

Because of Oracle XE this great project has been frozen for more than
a year (see releases http://www.janus-software.com/
or posts on the forum http://www.fyracle.org/thread.php?group=fyracle).

This product should had been interesting for some Oracle ports, but
the project is not "Production status" and not fully "open source"
(the fyracle.dll part is not public, that makes it impossible to
support without the author support).

I think that you should use Firebird instead, some (public) UDF partly
issued from fyracle may help you (see
http://pagesperso-orange.fr/Udf4ORA/)
