It sounds as if you don't have the UDF defined or the library in an
accessible location. I don't quite know what you mean by "everything
is all right after restart." If you mean that you can use that UDF
after restart, that's odd. UDF's normally either work or fail - or
fail intermittently because they're not thread-safe. This error is
quite specific to a UDF that failed dll load, normally quite a stable
state.
