Well, this is a police project, which means that I cannot give that
much information away. I have signed a non-disclosure agreement. So,
there is not much I can give away other than know if I can really use
Firebird for this project.
The solution provided by Carlton is pretty neat, but he was talking
about 3 cities in 2 provinces. I am talking about 18 provinces. Now,
you can more or less picture the scale of the project.
I have my questions more or less answered. One last question I have is
regarding java or .net tools for datawarehousing with firebird. Does
anyone know of any open source datawarehouse tool that can be used
with firebird?
