Hi,

I brought an existing FB1.5 database to ODS-Version 11.1 (via
backup/restore).

On connection to the database (with IBManager) I get the following
exception:

"Bad parameters on attach or create database, Character set WIN1252 is
not defined."

Could this be a problem with old version of IBManager (v3.9) or do I
have to do something in order to use WIN1252 in FB2.1?
