Hi All,
When creating a shadow, is there anyway to find out if the shadow
file is active and sync'ed with the server?
I can see the shadow file in the rdb$files but how would I know for
sure that the shadow file is synced and running? what if the
harddrive where the shadow is located fails? Can I query something
periodically to see if the shadow is actually working and synced. I
don't want to set the shadow where the server stops accepting
transactions if the shadow file is out of comission, I just want to
be notified or query periodically. Is this possible?
Thanks!
