Just as an FYI.....verifying that I had the file on my Windows XP box,
it appears that the MSVCR71.dll is part of the .net 1.1 framework.

Hi Michael,

Check that you've got MSVCR71.DLL on the machine. I had a similar
problem and it turned out that the dll was missing.
