Maya,

This suggests that either:

- the network cards weren't real 1Gb cards, or

- the network switch doesn't support 1Gb speeds, or

- the switch ports are set/defined to run only at 100Mb


In any event, the problem is not with Firebird but with the
equipment/hardware.
