Windows 2003 SBS. Gigabit network cards
Clients are all XP

First they changed all their network cards, and experienced speed
degradation. Then they fixed them at 1000 mbps and got no improvement.
Then they fixed them at 100 mbps and went back to normal speed.

Nothing looks odd to me over the last few days. Just guardian starting
up.
Have appended last few entries at the end of this message. They did the
change on Saturday 17-Mar-2007.
