Subject unexpected database shutdown
Author maik.wojcieszak
Hi,

on some installations of firebird 1.5.3 I've experienced
unexpected shutdowns of the database.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7034
Date: 13.11.2007
Time: 22:02:31
User: N/A
Computer: xxx
Description:
The Firebird Server - DefaultInstance service terminated unexpectedly.
It has done this 2 time(s).

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

I cannot find areason for this because the firebird log has no entry
at this time. There are a lot of errors in the firebird log wich may give
a hint that there is something wrong. Does anybody have an idea what
causes the firebird server to crash ?

It's on a Windows 2003 Server Enterprise on a SAN device with cluster.
