I tried to run fbserver.exe after installing 2.01 Release Candidate 1.

I get the message:

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b). Click on
OK to terminate the application.


I am trying to figure out if I installed it wrong or if I should
report a problem with the release candidate...
