I recently installed FB2.01rc1 from zip (downloaded from IBPhoenix)

When I try to run it I get the following message:

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b). Click on OK to terminate the application.

(I am wondering what part of the installation I may have left out... Does icuuc30.dll require registering or something like that....) I read the release notes and do not readily see anything I left out of the installation process...

Any suggestions... (XP Pro SP2)
