We need to run second instance of Firebird 2.0 together with running
older version of Firebird server e.g. 1.0. Is it possible to do this
without disturbation each other?
How does Firebird server know where files such as firebird.conf,
aliases.conf etc. are located? Does server look at current directory to
locate them or check directory set in registry key:
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Firebird Project\Firebird Server\Instances"?
How does guardian know which server to put up?
Do you think it is possible to work around problems with Firebird instances?
