Hi everyone,
I have to install Firebird CS on our HP-UX 11.11 servers. I found the
FirebirdCS-1.5.2.4731-0.hppa2.0w archive on IBPhoenix web site and
installed it. No problems during installation, I could use the
database after and was able to do our stuff perfectly.
However, for exploitation reasons, I have to install it under a
directory /soft/fbd152, even the shared librairies. I tried different
solutions but nothing worked.
Is there a way to install Firebird in an other place than /usr ? And
without recompiling it ?
Best regards
