I wouldn't live anywhere else in the World - 1 hour from Melbourne, 40 mins
north to the beach, 1hour east to the snow fields, 30 mins in any direction
to great hiking trails, and a exciting cafe/eatery culture in town -
brilliant.

I've already had 5 coffee's to try and sober up and it's just gone 10:10 in
the morning...
