Hi Adam:
Thanks, I'm reading everything I can find about ODBC. Looks like there are
two methods of connection. One is to define the DataSet using the Windows
Admin ODBC features. The other, the one I'm trying, is to use the
SqlDriverConnect command from ODBC32.dll and provide the attributes at run
time for the Connection String. I've got to modify some of the attributes in
the original program as they are diferent from those required by the former
access to the MS Access DataBase sample code.
I'm getting a consistent Environment handle so it appears that API is
working.
So Friday I'll play with the SqlDriverConnect API to see if I can get it up.
