I'm a new to Firebird, and I'm looking at all the information
available. I found UDFs supply functionality missing in Firebird.
There are about 8-10 UDF libraries that seem to be generally
available. Which one(s) provide the most functionality?

The other area I'm little overwhelmed by is all the tools available. I
would like some recommendation on the best tool(s) to use?
