We use IBExpert for more than three years, and it has proven to be the most
complete tool for administering, using, constructing databases and servers.
You can write UDFs in any language which supports DLL programming, but of
course you can download already written dlls. I don't really know, what do
you mean by 'UDF supply functionality missing'...
