The correct message is:
"CREATE TABLE NEW_TABLE EXTERNAL FILE 'C:\ExternalFile\FileName.txt' (C1 VARCHAR(200));"
doesn't run and returns this message: ==>> "Access to external file "C:\ExternalFile\FileName.txt" is denied by server administrator."
