agreed, and agreed. You might want to file a bug report for it.
In case you find the RootDirectory entry is actually required, which I
doubt, you might want to consider it a bug anyway; personally I fail
to grasp the usefulness of a file that contains a string telling where
the file itself is located. ;-)
