Sure there's some kind of schedule. But they for sure aren't
"cast in stone" deadlines. Fb 2 (as on the "roadmap") should
have been released by now. But it isn't... There's currently an
early Alpha version available but it has some (more or less
serious) problems.

Fb 3, which should have the Vulcan changes, is, as far as I know, not
scheduled at all, except for "after 2". I might be wrong, but don't expect
it anywhere soon.
