As you can see on the website FB2 is in Alpha-Test. As a consequence
of this great changes should not go into FB2 they are witheld for FB3.

There is no date given when FB2 is going to reach stable - I
personally expect it to come this year.

Regarding FB3 there is neither an release date nor an complete list of
features to be implemented available.
