Have you checked if the FSecure Management Agent binds any tcp port
for instance 3050 ?
That might be the cause why the FSecure Agent won't startup when you
have firebird running, you can list all ports that are in listening
state and which process that have bound it with the following command.

netstat.exe -ab

please note that it can take some time to execute it.
