Create an installation batch file that has a common configuration script
that you can burn on a Cd for an automatic install.

Create data files/user account scripts for each of the sites. Burn one
CD for each site, with only the site specific stuff on each site's own
CD.

There will be 18 CD's with batch file for Firebird installation and
configuration, each one differing in the data file and user
configuration scripts that is included.

The data file may actually be a firebird database, eliminating an import
step. i.e. the batch file installs and configures Firebird and then
copies the database files into the desired directory.
