I need someone help me, please.

I'm using WinXP Home, Firebird 1.5.2 Super Server and IBExpert.

I have started the firebird server.

When I have tried create a database with IBExpert, the following
message came up in the CREATE DATABASE DIALOG: "Unsuccessful
execution caused by an unavailable resource. Unavailable database".
