Hi,
I will be launching a website with a Firebird backend soon (any day
now...). We have a co-located dedicated server with a Pentium 4 CPU,
2.80 GHz, Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition.
I have neglected to note if it's hyperthreaded - how can see if it is? I
can only access it via remote desktop...
If it turns out to be hyperthreaded, is it correct that I should switch
this off and that this can only be done in the BIOS setup? (Which I
cannot access remotely...)
Also, is the hyperthreading issues resolved in FB 2.0? And if so, what
is the current release schedule for FB 2.0, if any?
Many thanks,
Kjell
