Will TaskManager show a HT'ed CPU as two CPUs?
Otherwise, you'll probably need to intervene at boot-up time and change
setting int the BIOS.

If you're using SuperServer: Switch it off.

Fb will probably need to be "vulcanized" before SMP (and HT) are utilized
for SuperServer.
