Wow, that's annoying. What if I want to provide some form of searching via
a 3rd party tool to a Firebird database, ie. Crystal Reports. Does this
mean that users can only construct queries on these 'SearchColumns' because
of this? Isn't there a way to construct the SELECT statement, even if its
not speed efficient, to search across multiple upper/lower case formats?
