Does FB Embedded requires Winsock 2 as the full servers do ?
I know there were discussions *long* time ago to remove dependencies on
winsock for embedded. I don't know the situation today.

I'm about to ship a new version of a software that will upgrade from IB6 to
FB embedded, that's why I want to know. In order to add a Winsock2 install
to the setup if needed. Unfortunately I have no old Win95 machine at hand to
do the test myself.
