I though ODBC is deprecated, maybe not.



Deployment is a snip with ADO. ADO also provides a consistent interface
across all database engines that have an ole/db provider. This makes
RAD very easy which is the development environment I am in.

But I notice absolutely no difference in performance or versatility

ADO and ODBC. Anyone care to point out what might be the theoratical
difference between the two?
(BTW I use DSN-less ODBC connections)
